On the 24th of January, 2018, I made a quick poll asking if people would like me to create more formal update logs and announcements in a fancy blog. The vote won by quite a few votes as you can see.
Fast track almost 3 months later and here we are, the official opening of PikaGirls Development Blog. I’ve decided to keep this blog mostly about PikaGirls development, however, sometimes I will create off-topic posts. This is to prevent having two different blogs to manage and to keep everything in one area. However, since I spend a large majority of my time working on PikaGirl, I thought it would make more sense and be easier to do this.
You can expect to find posts about:
- PikaGirls development
- Status updates
- New features
- And the occasional off-topic post.
Also, I just want to point out that this theme is awesome. I, of course, modified the placeholders (and I still have a few more to replace) and some of the fonts, and what you’re seeing the result. Shoutouts to Nielsen Ramon who made this theme, it’s really good. While it’s a little tedious to create blog posts, it’s bearable, trust me, it could be a lot worse. The only main issue is that it’s difficult to preview blog posts, so since I don’t really know what I’m doing, I hope this post turns out well.
Anyway, that’s about it for this post. I’ll try to keep this blog active by posting what I’m doing every once in a while, or whenever I feel it to be necessary. I might set up a bot to link posts as they come out in my server, who knows. If you want to keep posted about updates to this blog though on your own, there’s an RSS feed button in the top right (the lopsided Wi-Fi symbol in case you don’t know). Search on Google how to set it up if you don’t know.
